We use the information we collect about You through the Site and Services as follows:

  • To help us improve our Site and Services.
  • To provide You with the Services, to communicate with You about the Site and Services, to respond to Your inquiries, and for other customer service purposes.

If you submit Your name, phone number, and contact information in order to receive more information from Us or to receive log-in credentials, We may call or email You to follow up on your inquiry and/or Your use of the Services and Site.
  • To better understand how users access and use the Site and Services on an aggregated and individualized basis for other research and analytical purposes.

How We Process Your Data

We store your personal data securely on encrypted servers managed by Amazon Web Services (“AWS”), our trusted third-party hosting and infrastructure provider. Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols (e.g., AES-256). We use cookies and similar tracking technologies, managed through Google Tag Manager, to track user interactions such as page visits and clicks in order to improve site functionality. Third-party analytics tools, including Google Analytics (loaded via Google Tag Manager), process usage data to generate aggregated reports on site performance. We do not use your data to create individual profiles without your explicit consent. For more details, see “Cookies and Other Tracking Mechanisms” below.

We use the following categories of third-party service providers to process Your data:

  • Hosting & Infrastructure: Amazon Web Services (AWS) — servers, database, and file storage.
  • Authentication: Auth0 (by Okta) — user login, identity verification, and session management. Auth0 processes Your email address, name, and login credentials on our behalf.
  • Analytics & Advertising: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads — website usage analytics and advertising conversion measurement.
  • CRM & Marketing: HubSpot — customer relationship management, email communications, and marketing automation.
  • Push Notifications: Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — delivering push notifications to our mobile application. If You enable push notifications, Your device token is stored and transmitted to Google's Firebase servers.
  • E-Commerce: SendOwl — order processing and digital product delivery.

Your Consent for Data Use

We obtain your explicit consent for certain data uses, such as personalized marketing or building user profiles, through clear mechanisms like consent pop-ups or checkboxes during registration or when you opt into specific services. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected] or adjusting your account settings. Non-essential data processing, such as marketing, will not occur without your explicit permission.

How We Disclose the Information We Collect

We do not sell Your personal information to advertising networks, data brokers, or other monetization tools. Any data shared with third-party service providers — such as Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads, Firebase), Auth0, HubSpot, SendOwl, and AWS — is shared solely for the operational and analytical purposes described in this Policy and is governed by each provider's own privacy policy. We may share your personal information in the following cases:

Service Providers and Partners. We may disclose information to third-party vendors, service providers, business partners, contractors, or agents who perform functions on our behalf, such as those listed in the "How We Process Your Data" section above.

Affiliates. We may disclose information to our affiliates or subsidiaries, but their use and disclosure of your personally identifiable information will be subject to this Privacy Policy.

In Response to Legal Process. We may disclose information to comply with the law, including judicial proceedings, court orders, or other legal processes.

Business Transfers. In the event of an acquisition, merger, joint venture, or asset transfer, we may transfer information to the acquiring company, subject to applicable law.

To Protect Us and Others. We may disclose information if necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, safety threats, or violations of our Agreement or this Policy.

Aggregate and De-Identified Information. We may share aggregate or de-identified information with third parties for marketing, advertising, research, or similar purposes.

Cookies and Other Tracking Mechanisms

We and our third-party service providers, including Google, use cookies and other tracking mechanisms to track information about Your use of the Site and Services. We may combine this information with other personal information we collect from you (and our third-party service providers may do so on our behalf).

A cookie is a small piece of computer code that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your web browser, which enables Us to identify users and collect certain user usage information. You can delete cookie files from Your hard drive and/or configure Your browser to reject them or notify You when a cookie is being placed on Your hard drive. The toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to perform these actions. Visitors to the Site who disable cookies will be able to browse certain areas of the Site, but some features may not function.

We may use clear GIFs (also known as web beacons, web bugs, or pixel tags), that are embedded, sometimes invisibly, on web pages. We use these technologies to help us track the activities of Site users and to help Us manage content and compile statistics about Site usage. We or our service providers may also use clear GIFs in HTML emails to You to help us track email response rates, identify when Our emails are viewed, and track whether Our emails are forwarded.

We use Google Tag Manager to manage third-party tracking scripts on our Site. Through Google Tag Manager, we load analytics and advertising tools including Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. These tools collect usage data such as pages visited, time on site, and interactions. This data is shared with Google, which has its own privacy policy addressing how it uses such information. We encourage You to review Google's privacy policy to understand how Google uses such information.

If You use our mobile application and enable push notifications, we use Firebase Cloud Messaging (a Google service) to deliver those notifications. This requires storing a device token associated with Your device. You can disable push notifications at any time through Your device settings.

How to Request Data Deletion

We respect your right to request the deletion of your personal data. To request deletion, please email [email protected] with your full name, email address associated with your account, and a brief description of your request. We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days, in accordance with applicable laws. You will receive confirmation once your data has been deleted, unless we are required to retain it for legal purposes. Additional details on our data deletion process are available at https://blitzsports.com/data-deletion.

Content You Post

If You post content on our Site or Services, including your comments, reviews, pictures, and any other information, all such content is subject to the terms of Our Agreement and will be available to other users of our Site and Services. Your posting may become public. We cannot prevent such information from being used in a manner that may violate this Policy, our Agreement, the law, or Your personal privacy.

Communications from Us

We may send You emails about the Site, the Services, or other information We think may be of interest to You. You may opt out of these emails anytime by clicking the unsubscribe option within the email. If You opt out of receiving promotional or informational emails from us, We may still send You emails about Your account or any Services You have requested or received from Us.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may modify this Privacy Policy, occasionally updating the webpage on which it appears and noting the effective date of such revised policy with the date at the bottom of this page. The Privacy Policy will always govern your use of the Site in effect as of the date of that use.

How to Contact Us

If you have other questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy, the personal information you gave Us, or need to update certain personal information, please feel free to contact Us at [email protected].
