Plug In the BlitzBox
Connect the BlitzBox to your existing scoreboard's controller port and to power. With a wired BlitzBox model, installation takes under a minute — no rewiring, no special tools, no fragile cables stretched across the rink.
Pair Over Bluetooth
Open the BlitzSports app on a phone or tablet and pair with the BlitzBox over Bluetooth. The pairing is exclusive to one device at a time, so nobody else can take over mid-game.
Run the Game from the Bench
Pick your sport — hockey, basketball, volleyball, baseball, ringette, box lacrosse — and run the clock, score, periods, and penalties from anywhere on the bench. The digital scoreboard follows the app.

Is the BlitzBox hard to install?
Not at all. For wired scoreboards, installation takes under 60 seconds — just plug the BlitzBox into power and into your scoreboard's controller port. No rewiring required.
What scoreboard brands do you currently support?
Wired and wireless BlitzBox models for Nevco scoreboards are shipping today. Daktronics and OES coming soon.
Does the BlitzBox require internet to work?
No. The BlitzBox uses a direct Bluetooth connection to your phone or tablet, so it works in arenas and rinks with no Wi-Fi or cellular service.
What sports can I run on the BlitzBox?
Hockey, basketball, volleyball, baseball, ringette, and box lacrosse — plus any timed or untimed sport that uses a digital scoreboard. Pick the sport in the app and the scoreboard follows along.
How do you prevent multiple people from controlling the scoreboard at once?
Only one device can be paired with the BlitzBox at a time. All other devices are locked out until the connection ends.
